Why can't I Publish my lending pool? Due to a new MetaMask update, users are now asked to input their Spending Cap. In order for your pool to be correctly published you will need to select the "Use default" option as seen here:
Why can't I Approve, Stake or Burn my $PINE tokens? Due to a new MetaMask update, users are now asked to input their Spending Cap. In order to guarantee that staking and burning will always function, be sure to select the "Use default" option as seen here:
I'm unable to Withdraw my rewards, why? Rewards are available to be withdrawed 24h at the end of each Epoch, check out the exact dates in the following Epoch Dates page.
My Estimated Accrued Rewards is no longer visible, how come? Every week there will be a 1 hour snapshot from the current Epoch ending and the start of a new Epoch causing the rewards to display as 0 during this short window. If you continue to not see any rewards after 1 hour, you can always open a support ticket in our Discord.gg/PineProtocol.
I'm unable to find the collection during Pool Creation! If you're unable to find the contract by its name, be sure to enter the contract address of the official collection. This also guarantees that you will have the correct one as there are many duplicates on OpenSea.
I'm unable to Extend my loan! Extend will be unavailable if there are no more pools available during this moment. If you do see pools available, but you are facing other issues with extending your loan, then you can always open a support ticket in our Discord.gg/PineProtocol.
I'm unable to Repay my loan! If you have sufficient balance and repaying the loan is not possible due to any error, then open a support ticket in our Discord.gg/PineProtocol as soon as possible so we can look into it.
I'm trying to Extend my loan, but I'm also required to pay a higher amount? It's highly likely that the current lending pool has lowered the max amount (Collateral Factor) you can borrow for your NFT which will require you to Repay the difference before you can proceed to extend. In this case you can try to change pools with a higher borrow amount. If you're uncertain about your loan, then you can always open a support ticket in our Discord.gg/PineProtocol
Temporary error publishing pool, please try again later. If you published the pool and you receive this error, then simply wait a few minutes and refresh the page which will now provide the correct status of your pool. If the error still continues after a few minutes, then you can always open a support ticket in our Discord.gg/PineProtocol
